Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide an interface for generating image-to-video and text-to-video content with the MiniMax H3 Max model. Model availability, output quality, and processing times may vary.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use and Content Standards

You may use the service only for lawful, non-abusive purposes and only with content you have the right to submit. You agree not to use the service to create, upload, request, store, or distribute:

• Sexual or NSFW content, including pornography, sexual exploitation, or sexualized depictions of minors.
• Violence or gore, including graphic injury, torture, terrorist propaganda, or content that encourages real-world violence.
• Hate speech, including attacks, threats, or dehumanizing content targeting a protected class.
• Child unsafe content (CSAM) or any sexual, exploitative, or abusive content involving minors. We report suspected CSAM to appropriate authorities where required.
• Deepfakes or impersonation intended to deceive, defraud, harass, or falsely portray a real person, organization, or public figure.
• Copyright or trademark infringement, including content that uses another party's protected work, brand, likeness, or confidential material without authorization.

You also agree not to violate applicable laws, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, distribute spam or malware, or submit content you do not have the right to use.

Content Reporting

Users and rights holders can report suspected violations by emailing support@i2video.com with the relevant account email, a description of the issue, and links or other identifying information for the content. We may request additional information needed to investigate a report.

Content Moderation and Enforcement

We use automated checks and, where appropriate, human review to detect and investigate prohibited content, abuse, and rights violations. We may refuse generation, remove or restrict content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve or disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, rights holders, or the service. We consider the context and severity of a violation and may take immediate action for urgent safety risks. We may also cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

Payment and Billing

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits do not represent money and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. The credit price of a generation is shown before submission. When a generation fails, the credits consumed for that task are returned automatically. Completed generations and partially used credit packs are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Refunds and Credit Adjustments

• Failed generations: If our service reports that a generation failed, the credits charged for that task are returned automatically. A delayed task is not treated as failed until its status is finalized.
• Unused credits: You may contact support@i2video.com to request a review of unused credits within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are assessed case by case and may be declined where credits have been used, transferred, or abused.
• Used credits and completed videos: Credits consumed by a completed generation and the resulting video are generally non-refundable because the service has been delivered.
• Duplicate or incorrect charges: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or a payment was processed incorrectly, contact us with the account email, transaction reference, and purchase date. We will investigate and correct verified billing errors.
• How to request help: Email support@i2video.com. Please do not include passwords or payment card numbers. We may request reasonable transaction details to verify the purchase.

Any refund or credit adjustment is subject to applicable law and the payment provider's rules. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.

AI Output

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to content generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing output and ensuring that your use complies with applicable law and third-party rights. We do not guarantee that output is unique or suitable for a particular purpose.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
