4. Nature: let one sound lead
A stream gives you a clear audio subject. Wind can sit behind it, but there is no need to ask for every sound that might exist in a forest.
Keep the camera still as water flows over the rocks and nearby leaves move slightly. Let the flowing water be the main sound, with a soft rustle of leaves in the background. No music or voices.
Listen for: continuity. The water should not suddenly become louder halfway through a stationary shot. Check the picture too: rocks should remain solid while the water moves around them.
5. Walking person: match the surface

6. Sci-fi scene: resist the trailer treatment
A futuristic image can work with a single mechanical sound. Big impacts and swelling music are not necessary to make the setting feel unfamiliar.
Slowly move closer to the robot as it turns its head slightly. Add a brief, quiet servo sound during the head movement and a low ventilation hum in the background. No explosions, dialogue, or music.
Listen for: a clear distinction between the short servo sound and the continuous hum. If the result feels too busy, remove the head movement and test the atmosphere on its own.
